THE GREEN AREA ON IMPACT OF GREEN BUILDING DESIGN AT JORDAN VALLEY REGION

Abstract

The Jordan valley region , is also considered a very beautiful area for winter recreation. Jordanian government focuses spotlight on that area, and they improve and develop that area to suit the needs of the people, and support the place with attractive facilities for tourism, and pay more attention to the area. to be developed as a border and critical area that reflects the positive side of the culture of the Jordanian people. In fact, the community is becoming more interested in developing and investing in the area, this increases the attitude of a civilized society. Where attention has been paid to buildings in general according to the Jordan accreditation building regulations used at this stage, such as hotels, facilities, services, roads, and parks. In general, this construction procedure is used in buildings or areas to be used for greening systems, due to environmental climate reasons in the area, which is characterized by high summer temperatures.
